		<content type="html">Thanks for the great overview regarding how to ensure independent contractors are indeed "independent".  I have observed so many instances where employers "blur" the line and end up paying the price.  If an employer is in doubt, it is always best to take that extra step to ensure a contractor is indeed viewed as being separate from one's company.</content>
